These terms cover your use of AFib Log, available on the App Store for iOS.

Using AFib Log

Logging EKGs, tagging symptoms and triggers, and 1 month of trend history require no payment. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the app (generally, be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract or have a parent/guardian's permission).

Purchases & billing

AFib Log Lifetime is offered as a single, one-time purchase through your Apple ID: never a subscription, and never auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID from within the app.

Medical disclaimer

AFib Log is an educational and organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not analyze your EKG signal itself: every rhythm classification shown in the app is read directly from Apple's own Watch ECG app or similar source data already present in Apple Health, never computed by AFib Log. Always follow your own physician's guidance. If you have symptoms or believe you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
